Select Your Unit Online (or Over The Phone!)

At Smart Drop Self Storage, we aim to make your storage rental experience as easy and seamless as possible. Which is why our rental process is completed 100% online. To rent a unit, simply click "Rent Now" next to the unit size you desire and proceed to the online leasing application to sign for your unit.

Create an Online Account and Complete the Application

Through the online leasing application process you will be able to create your online account and choose a tenant protection plan. Your online account will allow you to manage your entire rental experience with the click of a button! For more information on our Tenant Protection plans, click here. You will then proceed to the payment section to pay for your first month's rent and finalize your move in.

Move In! (Don't Forget To Bring A Lock!)


Once you have completed the online lease and paid your first month's rent, you will be ready to move in! Prior to delivering your valuables to our facility, you will need to purchase a Disc lock to ensure your belongings are safe and secure within your unit. With a Disc lock in hand you can go ahead and move in. From there on out, you can rest at ease in knowing your belongings are safe and secure in our facility, able to be accessed by you 7 days a week!
